North Shore Racks Inc. does not accept returns on used racks. We only accept returns on racks which are new or unused and within 30 days of final delivery from our shipping providers, or from the date of pickup appointment. Any returns in question must be coordinated and approved with our Customer Service team.
Customers are responsible for the return shipment of the racks to our North Vancouver, B.C., Canada warehouse by the original recipient of the rack. Once a return is received at our warehouse, we will inspect the condition of the rack before offering any refund. If the bike rack components are damaged (ie: paint gouges) due to poor packaging on the return or from usage, we may not be able to give the standard refund. All returned racks are subject to a $50 restocking fee; original outgoing shipping is not included in the refund.
